The Role
The Workforce Wellbeing Psychologist plays a critical role in ensuring that staff and teams have timely access to individual and team-based psychosocial interventions within a stepped-care model. These interventions are tailored to the work context and needs of the workforce while integrating existing staff support initiatives.
