Electrical Leading Hand / Senior Electrician - Commercial & Residential

Coastline Electrical Group is a growing commercial electrical contractor based on the Central Coast, delivering projects across Central Coast, Sydney, and Newcastle. We work across commercial construction, fit-outs, service and maintenance, and residential - with a strong focus on commercial work.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Leading Hand or Senior Electrician to join the team full-time.

This is someone who's run commercial jobs before. You'll be ordering materials, coordinating with builders on site, keeping jobs moving, and mentoring our apprentices and subbies along the way. You'll be trusted to take ownership of projects and make the calls that keep them on track.

The work varies - you might be running multiple smaller jobs at once, or focused on one larger project. It could be an office fit-out one week, MSB installs or sub main terminations the next, then new build commercial or residential work, infrastructure upgrades, or service and maintenance. No two weeks look the same.

As the business grows, so does the opportunity.



There's real scope here to take on more responsibility - whether that's stepping into a foreman role, helping shape how we run projects, or upskilling in areas that interest you. We're building something, and we want the right person growing with it.

What We're Looking For

- Genuine experience running commercial electrical projects
- Confident ordering materials and dealing directly with builders on site
- Experience mentoring apprentices and subbies
- A genuinely broad range of experience, or at least happy to take it on
- Willing to take direction well and continue learning, no matter your experience level
- A team player who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow with the business
- Current driver's licence
- Willingness to work across projects between Sydney, Central Coast & Newcastle
