We are seeking reliable casual chefs to join our casual stadium culinary team at WIN Sports and Entertainment Centre.

This role involves working across a wide variety of events, from corporate functions to large-scale stadium and hospitality events. You’ll be part of a fast-paced kitchen environment supporting the delivery of high-quality food service at events of all sizes.

This is event-based casual work, meaning shifts are scheduled around specific events. Hours may vary depending on event schedules, including early starts, late finishes and weekends.

About the Role

You'll work alongside a professional kitchen team preparing and delivering high-quality food across a wide variety of events.



No two shifts are the same, with opportunities ranging from intimate corporate functions to large-scale stadium events.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing and cooking high-quality food for events of all sizes

- Working across banquets, buffets, canapés and corporate catering

- Assisting with food preparation, service and pack down

- Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards

- Working efficiently in a fast-paced team environment

- Supporting Head and Sous Chefs during service

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in commercial kitchens

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

- Reliable transport (preferred)

- Food Safety knowledge

- Relevant chef qualifications

- Food Safety Supervisor (advantageous but not essential)
