Early Childhood Educator (Cert III, Diploma and ECT)

Active Kids Group is seeking passionate and qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our dynamic team across all of our following locations:

Bondi

Rosebay

Edgecliff

What you'll be doing

- Plan and implement engaging educational programs that support the cognitive, physical, social and emotional development of children
- Ensure a safe, caring and inclusive environment for all children in your care
- Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with them to meet the individual needs of each child
- Observe and document children's progress, adjusting programs to suit their changing needs and interests
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and adhere to Active Kids Group's policies and procedures
- Actively participate in team meetings, training and professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

- Certificate III, Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Demonstrated experience working as an Early Childhood Educator in a long day care or community-based setting
- Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience working as an Early Childhood Educator in a long day care or community-based setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, families and colleagues




- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
- Legal right to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate work visa)
