Ingenia is seeking an Area Manager to provide leadership across a group of Ingenia Holiday Parks along the South Coast of NSW. You will drive guest experiences, oversee multi-site operations, and optimise portfolio performance while supporting park teams.
A vehicle is required; a car allowance is provided. You’ll build relationships with guests, tourism partners and local stakeholders, deliver annual capital plans and lifecycle maintenance, and lead teams to meet business priorities.
