This casual positioninvolves a variety of shift times. Notably, the PM shifts starts at 2.30 pm to 11.00 pm and may require a sleepover until 7:00 AM,offering a unique opportunity to provide comfort and care during the evening and overnight hours in a renovated apartment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Village Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents with compassion and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with daily personal care tasks such as showering, dressing, grooming, and continence management
- Administering prescribed medications accurately and on time
- Helping with meal preparation and service, including special functions
- Managing residents’ laundry needs to ensure comfort and hygiene
- Responding to emergency PERS alarms within our village

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a caring and motivated individual who thrives in a team workplace and is committed to enhancing the lives of others. You’ll bring:

- Experience in aged care or a similar role
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Suppt
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Current or willing-to-obtain: National Police Check, First Aid & CPR Certificate




- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol screening
