Are you an experienced RN with Anaesthetic experience, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care? We are currently expanding our team and are looking for RNs who want to join our collaborative Anaesthetic team on a full time basis. As an experienced RN in anaesthetics, your role will include:
- Deliver evidence-based care
- Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
- Ensure patient and staff safety
- Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health journey
About the Company
The hospital is located in the multicultural Western Sydney City of Penrith.
It is a modern 109 bed facility providing a wide range of health services to the local community since 2000 including: orthopaedics, spinal, gynaecology, ENT, plastics, urology and general surgery, endoscopy, cardiology, cardiac angiography and obstetrics.
The hospital has eight operating Theatres, one hybrid/cardiac catheterisation theatre and an endoscopy suite, supported by a critical care unit which includes intensive care.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
- Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work well independently and within a team
- High level organisational skills to meet time constraints
- 12 months plus experience in anaesthetics
- Strong clinical skillset
- Demonstrate the ability to show initiative Excellent communication skills
