Following a full rebrand and refresh, we operate premium car wash sites and a range of other offerings across Chatswood, Lane Cove, the CBD, Eastwood, and Mercedes-Benz Sydney. About the Role

As Operations Manager, you'll be based at our Chatswood head office and take ownership of day-to-day performance across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across all sites

Manage staff scheduling and workforce planning





Manage inventory, equipment, and sales/performance reporting

Coordinate communication between head office and individual sites

Support development of new offerings and assist company leadership

About You:

Relevant work experience preferred (salary negotiable for experienced candidates)

Reliable and responsible attitude

Solid team player with a customer-service mindset

Works well under pressure with a level, steady approach
