What You’ll Do

- Create and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and your teammates
- Support or lead your room with curiosity, creativity, and compassion
- Mentor educators (Lead roles) and contribute to a culture of reflection and improvement
- Champion child safety and maintain inclusive, nurturing environments every day

What You’ll Bring

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- For Lead Educators: prior experience leading a room or team
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and NQF
- Positive energy, initiative, and a genuine love for what you do
- Valid Blue Card and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
