The Role

We are expanding and looking for a skilled professional or a motivated advanced apprentice to join our Redfern team. Whether you are a fully qualified Motor Mechanic, a 3rd or 4th-year Apprentice, or a specialist Tyre Fitter and Wheel Aligner, we have a permanent full time position ready for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and scheduled logbook servicing.
- Inspect, fit, balance, and rotate tyres safely and efficiently.
- Execute accurate wheel alignments using modern alignment machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using scan tools.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.

What We Are Looking For

- Trade Qualification in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or currently completing a 3rd/4th year apprenticeship).
- Proven experience in tyre fitting and wheel alignment.
- Current, valid manual Driver’s License.
- Strong work ethic with high attention to detail and safety standards.
- Own basic toolkit (preferred for qualified mechanics).
