The Opportunity

QUFW is seeking passionate Obstetric and Gynaecology Sonographers to join our expanding team across the Gold Coast region. With beautifully designed, state-of-the-art departments in Tugun and Southport, this is an exciting opportunity to work in purpose‑built women's imaging environments equipped with the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound examinations, including routine and complex scans

- Deliver exceptional imaging with precision, ensuring a nurturing and dignified patient experience

- Accurately interpret findings and produce high-quality diagnostic reports

- Demonstrate strong time‑management and multitasking skills to maintain efficient workflow

- Communicate with compassion and professionalism, fostering trust with patients and colleagues

- Collaborate with referring practitioners and multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes

- Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback, innovation, and quality assurance activities

What We're Looking For

- ASAR registered Sonographer

- Current Australian work authorisation

- Minimum 2 years' experience in medical ultrasound

- Nuchal Translucency accreditation (or willingness to obtain - we provide training)

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality imaging





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced, dynamic healthcare environment

- Passion for women's health and improving patient outcomes

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with imaging advancements
