The Tasman Tank Company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our day-to-day operations in our Australian facility. You'll manage a small team (4-5 people), ensure on-time picking, packing and dispatch, and maintain high standards of quality and safety on the shop floor.
You will balance hands-on tasks with coordinating the production schedule, drive continuous improvement, and promote a robust safety culture in line with WHS requirements.
