Coles Group Distribution Centres are central to moving quality products to customers. As a Retail Leader in our DC, you will coach a 25–30 solid team to hit targets while prioritising safety and efficiency.
Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will plan workloads, optimise throughput, and ensure timely dispatches across the roster Tuesday to Saturday, 12:30–21:00. We value wellbeing, development, and inclusive teamwork across our sites.
