Frontline Recruitment Group invites applications for Head of Secondary School in Orange, NSW. This executive leadership role combines strategic oversight with a 0.5 teaching load, and oversees curriculum, student wellbeing, staff development and secondary school operations for Years 7–12.
Reporting to the Principal, you will lead a team of about 25 staff, drive academic and pastoral outcomes, ensure day‑to‑day running, and strengthen community partnerships.
