Sands Tavern is reopening after a major renovation and seeks experienced Managers to oversee daily operations of the bistro, sports bar and gaming room. You will lead a team, ensure service standards, and maintain compliance with venue policies to deliver a great guest experience, including late-night and weekend shifts.
Requirements include 2+ years in management, solid F&B; knowledge, gaming venue experience, stock control, and a current RLMV & Approved Managers license; Ivy and Seven Rooms
