The role reports to the Principal and provides strategic and executive leadership to shape the Junior School's direction, teaching, learning and student wellbeing in collaboration with staff, parents and the broader college community.
You will lead teaching and learning, oversee data on learning outcomes, and ensure compliant, high-quality academic programs across the Junior School.
