The Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Commercial Buyer’s Agent or Commercial Property Sales Professional to join a high-performing, collaborative team.

This is a client-facing, deal-driven role where you will:

- Source and assess commercial property opportunities
- Provide market insights and strategic acquisition advice
- Manage client relationships with professionalism and clarity




- Conduct due diligence and coordinate the buying process
- Negotiate favourable terms and secure optimal outcomes
- Maintain and grow solid industry networks

About You

- Proven experience in Commercial Property (Buyers Agency or Sales is essential)
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing capability
- Highly client-focused with excellent communication skills
- Solid understanding of contracts, conveyancing and financials
- Agent Representative Certificate or full License required
