We are seeking an experienced Roof Plumber / Fascia and Guttering Installer to join our growing crew. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tradesperson who enjoys practical work, values safety and wants secure, ongoing employment with a positive team. You will work across roofing projects, installing and maintaining roof drainage systems, metal roofing components, fascia, gutters, downpipes and associated rainwater products.

- Reviewing plans, drawings and job specifications to determine installation requirements and required materials
- Measuring, marking, cutting, shaping and preparing metal roofing and rainwater components
- Installing fascia, gutters, downpipes, flashings, cappings and roof drainage systems
- Fabricating and fitting customised metal components where required
- Installing metal roof sheeting and associated roofing products
- Setting out roof drainage systems to achieve correct alignment, falls and water flow
- Identifying leaks, damaged sections and drainage issues
- Repairing, replacing and maintaining roofing,



guttering and rainwater systems
- Sealing joints, penetrations and flashings to provide effective weather protection
- Using ladders, elevated work platforms, scaffolding, hand tools and power tools safely
- Checking completed installations for quality, compliance and correct operation
- Working closely with supervisors, tradespeople, apprentices and other team members
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area The duties reflect the core occupational functions of a Roof Plumber, including interpreting specifications and fabricating and installing metal roofing, rainwater goods and flashings.

Qualification & experience To be considered, applicants must have:

- Certificate III in Roof Plumbing, Plumbing or a closely related trade qualification, or an equivalent recognised qualification
- A minimum of 12 months of relevant full time experience in roof plumbing, fascia installation, guttering or metal roofing
- Demonstrated experience installing fascia, gutters, downpipes, flashings and roof drainage products
- Sound knowledge of roof drainage principles, installation methods and construction site safety
- Ability to read plans, take accurate measurements and calculate material requirements
- Confidence using roofing tools, machinery and access equipment
- Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Solid attention to detail and pride in producing high quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant trade registration, licence or construction industry credentials where required
- Current driver licence preferred
