Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implementdigital marketing campaignsacross multiple onlineplatforms.
- Manage the companywebsite and optimisecontent for SEO.
- Create and publishdigital content, includingproperty listings, socialmedia posts, videos, newsletters and promotionalmaterials.
- Managesocial media channels, including WeChat, RedNote(Xiaohongshu), Facebook, Instagram and etc.
- Coordinate online advertisingcampaigns and monitorperformance using analyticstools.
- Work with thesales and propertymanagement teams topromote propertylistings and companyservices.
- Conduct market researchand prepare marketingperformance reports.

Skill & Experience

About You

- At least oneyear plus of relevantexperience in digitalmarketing or marketingcoordination.
- Experience with socialmedia marketing, SEO,



Google Ads orMeta Ads, and digital
- Contentcreation. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) for graphic design and marketing material production, with strong photography, videography and video editing capabilities.
- Robust communication, organisationaland project coordinationskills.
- Proficiency with digitalmarketing platforms, CMSand analytics tools.
- Demonstrated proficiency in real estate CRM systems.
- Fluent in Englishand Chinese (Mandarinand Cantonese), as the rolerequires preparing bilingualmarketing content andcommunicating with ourEnglish- and Chinese-speaking clients and sales team intheChatswood market.
