What you’ll be doing

- Building long-term relationships with chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, foodservice operators,



hospitality buyers, and procurement teams across NSW
- Growing existing accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Conducting regular customer visits, product presentations, and tastings
- Becoming a product expert across our premium food portfolio
- Working closely with customers to understand their menus, operations, challenges, and future opportunities
- Collaborating with our internal sales, customer service, and operations teams to deliver outstanding service
- Managing your territory effectively and maintaining accurate customer information and sales activity
- Representing Eustralis at industry events, trade shows, supplier visits, and customer functions

You’ll be successful if you

- Have experience in hospitality, foodservice, culinary, bakery, pastry, hotel, or restaurant environments
- Understand how professional kitchens and hospitality businesses operate
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Are organised, self‑motivated, and commercially minded
- Enjoy working independently while contributing to a team-oriented team culture
- Take pride in delivering excellent customer service and following through
