Dotti in Bankstown is seeking a fashion-forward Assistant Store Manager. This part time role (20–30 hours per week) requires availability on weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
You will support the Store Manager to drive sales and maintain a lively, customer-focused store atmosphere. You’ll lead by example, train and coach your team, manage stock and visual merchandising, and help with rosters to meet demand.
