We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our team at our Burleigh Heads facility. This is a hands on role suited to people who enjoy physical work, working as part of a team, and following set processes in a food production environment. Entry level candidates are encouraged to apply, with full training provided.
Key Duties
- Cutting, slicing, trimming, grinding, or packing meat products
- Operating processing and packing machinery
- Meeting daily production targets
- Following strict food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Manual handling and standing for long periods
- Cleaning and sanitising work areas and equipment
- Shifts & Work Environment Monday to Friday operations generally
- Morning and afternoon shifts
- On the job training provided
- Opportunities for career progression
- Strong focus on safety, hygiene, and teamwork
- Working setting of 7 Degrees Celsius and all PPE Provided. Staff Carparking available and within walking distance from Tree Tops Burleigh
