We are on the lookout for an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our close-knit team, where collaboration, learning, and a passion for the industry thrive.

Your new role:

- Lead and manage store operations to ensure excellence in customer service and store standards.
- Train and develop a passionate team, fostering a productive work environment.
- Manage inventory and supplier relationships, including coordinating special orders for customers.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company regulations regarding alcohol sales.
- Participate in exciting industry-related activities such as wine trips and supplier education programs.
- Manage relationships with local corporate customers through product recommendations, quotes and deliveries.

Ideally, you:

- Possess at least 2 years of experience in managing a retail store
- Exhibit outstanding leadership and people management skills.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability,



and honesty.
- Have a keen interest in beers, wines, and spirits, with a willingness to continuously learn and share knowledge about products.
- Thrive in delivering superior customer service and enjoy interacting with people.

Working Hours:

Our Store Managers generally work standard daytime hours Monday to Friday although are still available in busy periods or emergency situations during late nights or weekends as required.
