- Diagnosing faults
- Repairing faults
- Organising replacement parts
- Communicating with Customers
- Managing administration generated by this role
- Generating future sales by pro-actively seeking opportunities on-site with customers
- Driving from site to site
Qualification & experience
- Relevant qualifications and/or hands‑on experience in repairing household appliances
- minimum 3 years experience in repairing household domestic appliances
- Experience with a major Manufacturer is beneficial
