Health Clinician - Pathways to Community Living Initiative (PCLI)
Mental Health Drug & Alcohol

An exciting opportunity exists for a Mental Health Clinician with a Drug & Alcohol specialty to join our team. Working as part of the Pathways to Community Living Initiative (PCLI), you will support consumers with severe and enduring mental illness who have experienced, or are at risk of, extended hospital stays.

In this rewarding role, you will provide evidence-based drug and alcohol assessment, treatment and consultation for people with complex co-occurring mental health and substance use presentations. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality clinical care, contribute to workforce development and education, and support practice improvement initiatives that enhance outcomes for consumers and their carers.

This is a unique opportunity to apply your specialist skills, provide clinical leadership and make a meaningful difference in supporting consumers to achieve recovery and successfully transition to community living.
