We're getting ready to open our brand-new Young Minds Academy in Cooranbong in 2026 and are looking for a few passionate, caring, and experienced Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our team.
What we're looking for:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
At least 2 years' experience in an early learning setting
Knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
A team player with a positive attitude
Current First Aid and Working With Children Check
HLTAID012 Child Care First Aid certification is required
Permanent residency in Australia
Educators who prioritise child safety!
In this role you will:
Create and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
Work closely with the Educational Leader to plan,
reflect and improve programs
Document children's learning and development
Build robust, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
Contribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan
Support and mentor other team members
Implement child safe practices
