Brewery Bar Superstar – Bay Road Brewing & Tiki Cove

Bay Road Brewing is on the hunt for an energetic, passionate hospitality superstar to join our growing team.

This role is based in our brewery taproom, pouring fresh craft beers, chatting all things brewing, and creating an unforgettable experience for every person who walks through our doors. While beer is at the heart of what we do, our venue is also home to Tiki Cove, so you'll also get the chance to show off your cocktail skills and help deliver some of the Coast's best cocktails.

We're looking for someone with personality. Someone who lights up a room, remembers names, has a laugh with customers, and becomes one of the reasons people choose to come back to Bay Road Brewing.

What You're Looking For

- Has a valid RSA card - because serving up good times responsibly matters.
- Knows your way around beers and cocktails - from hoppy favourites to creative, crowd-pleasing mixes.
- Brings positive vibes and great people skills - our guests come for the drinks but stay for the vibes.
- Is reliable, hardworking, and excited to lead by example in a lively environment.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be right in the middle of everything that makes Bay Road Brewing special.

- Pouring and talking about our range of fresh craft beers.
- Creating exceptional cocktails from our Tiki Cove menu.
- Delivering genuine, memorable customer service every shift.
- Being the face of the brewery and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Helping lead the team and setting the standard during service.
- Training and supporting junior staff.
- Assisting with stock control and day-to-day bar operations.
- Keeping the brewery and bar looking spotless, organised and ready for service.
- Helping bring our events to life, from trivia and live music to brewery launches and festivals.
- Building the kind of atmosphere that has guests saying, "Let's go back to Bay Road."

- Holds a current RSA.




- Loves craft beer and is genuinely excited to learn more.
- Can confidently make quality cocktails (or is keen to become a cocktail superstar).
- Brings positive energy and thrives around people.

The Details

- Tuesday to Sunday roster.
- Approximately 15-20 hours per week
- Evening and weekend availability is essential.
