SF Express Australia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator (Last Mile Vendor Management) to manage the daily performance of last-mile vendors, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements for on-time delivery and POD accuracy in Sydney. The role requires strong coordination, Excel data handling, and fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.

You will coordinate bookings, collect PODs, resolve delivery issues, and assist in vendor invoicing while maintaining transparent records and strong partner
