The Role

As the Showroom Manager, you’ll be the face and force behind the showroom’s success leading the team, curating engaging customer journeys, and driving sales results. With your flair for interior styling and robust retail acumen, you'll help customers bring their design visions to life while managing daily operations with style and efficiency.

Key Responsibilites

- Lead, motivate, and support a passionate team to deliver outstanding service and meet sales goals
- Offer styling guidance and expert advice to help clients realise their dream spaces
- Oversee the showroom’s daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and looks impeccable
- Work closely with the in-house design team on custom and premium client solutions
- Analyse sales performance, customer feedback, and team KPIs to inform strategic improvements
- Stay ahead of interior trends and bring creative ideas to enhance the showroom experience





Skills and Experience

- Prior experience in showroom management, furniture/interior retail, or similar sales leadership roles
- A hands-on leader who builds team confidence and drives a positive, results-focused culture
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you love engaging with customers and teams alike
- Passion for interiors and design, with current knowledge of furniture, styling, and décor trends
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting
