Halter is growing its Australian team and seeks a senior sales leader to drive end-to-end sales across NSW. You’ll meet farmers, articulate Halter’s value, and convert opportunities into customers in a fast-paced field role.
You’ll set quotas, coach junior staff, source current leads, and manage the pipeline from first contact to contract. You’ll partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and ongoing account growth with a customer-first mindset.
