We are currently looking for a Trainee Business Manager (Finance & Insurance) to join our high-performing team, located in Brookvale

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is driven, customer-focused and eager to build a successful career in automotive finance. No previous Finance & Insurance experience is required, as full training will be provided. Candidates with experience in sales, banking, finance, retail, hospitality or other customer-focused, target-driven roles are encouraged to apply.

As a Trainee Business Manager, you will work closely with our experienced Business Managers to learn every aspect of automotive finance and insurance, helping customers secure finance solutions and protect their vehicle investment.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers with vehicle finance and insurance enquiries.

- Present finance, insurance and aftermarket product options in a professional and transparent manner.

- Build robust relationships with customers, lenders and dealership staff.

- Learn lender policies,



compliance requirements and finance documentation.

- Assist in preparing finance applications and completing associated paperwork.

- Ensure every customer receives exceptional service throughout the delivery process.

- Develop product knowledge and stay up to date with finance and automotive industry trends.

- Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.

Requirements

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Sales, customer service or finance experience is highly regarded but not essential.

- A current Australian Driver's Licence.

- Full Australian working rights.
