HCF is seeking Member Care Consultants to manage the member experience and provide exceptional service over the phone from our Parramatta contact centre. This permanent, full time role is 37.5 hours per week with a rotating roster and hybrid working after training.
Training starts Monday 7 September 2026 and runs for three months in the Parramatta office. After training, you will join a hybrid team with at least two days in the office and interviews will be held in person on Tuesday 18 August
