About the opportunity A senior leadership opportunity has become available for an experienced commercial leader to oversee and grow a national Community Care division. The role will lead a field-based sales team, take ownership of divisional performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, with full P&L; responsibility for the business unit.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Community Care division, delivering revenue growth and broader market penetration.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of field-based sales professionals, driving accountability against agreed targets and KPIs.
- Oversee divisional budgets,



forecasting, pipeline management and operational performance.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with occupational therapists, providers, strategic partners and other stakeholders across the community care and NDIS sectors.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, finance, procurement and operations to improve customer outcomes and divisional performance.

Skills and Experience

- Significant senior leadership experience within community care, ideally in rehabilitation or assistive technology.
- Proven experience leading and growing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS, community care market and relevant customer and provider networks.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance.
- A strategic, commercially minded and people-focused leadership style, with strong coaching, stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
