As the Manager, Executive Services, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Assistant Commissioner, Executive Manager Business Services and the broader regional leadership team. You'll lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional executive and administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the execitive office. From preparing high-level ministerial correspondence to managing sensitive issues and coordinating strategic initiatives, this role offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a difference.

What You'll Do

- Lead and mentor a team of administrative professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Provide expert advice and prepare high-level ministerial briefs, reports, and correspondence.
- Drive strategic planning, governance, and policy development to support organisational goals.
- Manage sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address emerging issues and deliver innovative solutions.




- Represent the Assistant Commissioner in meetings and ensure timely follow-up on actions and outcomes.
