At Heinemann, we are looking for two exceptional full-time Brand Ambassadors to join our duty-free team representing Penhaligons at Sydney International Airport.

The small family business established by the brothers Carl and Heinrich Heinemann in 1879 has developed into a major distributor and retailer for the international travel retail market. Today we supply an ever-expanding Duty-Free range of global branded goods to international airports, airlines, cruise liners and border shops in 100-plus countries.

As a Brand Ambassador you will

Maximize sales opportunities and demonstrate customer excellence

Creating a tailor-made customer experience, build rapport with customers, taking time to listen and understand what they are looking for with the aim of providing recommendations that suit their needs

Deliver a high level of customer service through exceptional communication, product knowledge and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet a customer’s needs

Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and proactively seek further information on new products and market trends

Ensure products and promotions are transacted to maintain stock and data integrity

Efficiently and smartly transacts, ensuring customers are well informed of their outgoing/incoming purchase limits

What you should bring along

Previous experience within hair care, body care, fragrance and home categories

Immaculate personal presentation

Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
