Boortmalt is seeking an Assistant Production Manager for our Minto team in Sydney. You will support the Production Manager in planning schedules, leading the production team, and ensuring quality and safety in malt production.
You will drive continuous improvement, supervise technicians, and coordinate with other functions to deliver timely dispatch of high-quality malt to customers locally and for export. Solid English communication is essential.
