You will possess the following…

- Prior experience in a similar role:
- Kitchen Hands will have proven experience inback of house operations, demonstrating use ofa commercial dishwasher, receiving and putting away delivers, and basic cleaning skills
- Catering Assistants will have experience in front & back of house operations, including previous placement in a variety of kitchens across short order meals, food preparation and sandwich making





- A high-level of personal presentation & communication skills
- Maintainclean, protected and hygienic work practices
- The ability to prioritise and manage tasks
- Attention to detail with a commitment to the highest level of service
- A current Food Hygiene and Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Police Check or willingness to obtain
- Have the following uniform or willing to purchase: Black tailored trousers, plain black t-shirt, skull cap and black apron, black enclosed safety boots/shoes.
