About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Early Childhood Teacher or a Diploma-qualified Educator who is willing to undertake a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education to join our friendly team at our Werrington and Claremont Meadows service.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, implement and evaluate engaging, play-based educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

- Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating learning environment that promotes children's wellbeing and development.

- Observe, assess and document children's learning to support individual development and future planning.

- Foster children's physical, emotional, social, cognitive and language development through intentional teaching.





- Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

- Work collaboratively to support children with diverse learning and additional support needs.

- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, observations and incident reports.

- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations and all health and safety requirements.

- Promote positive behaviour guidance strategies that encourage self-regulation and respectful relationships.

- Participate in team meetings, professional development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent), or

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care with a commitment to studying towards an Early Childhood Teaching qualification.

- Current NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

- Sound knowledge of child development, the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to work collaboratively within a professional team.

- A commitment to inclusive practices and supporting children from diverse backgrounds and abilities.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
