Cater Care is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to support our sites in the urban sector. This full-time, permanent role combines hands-on kitchen work with site management to deliver outstanding meals and a well-run operation.
You will lead and develop kitchen teams, manage labour and food costs, and prepare texture modified meals where needed. Previous kitchen or site management experience is essential, along with a trade qualification in Commercial Cookery.
