MDFM is seeking an experienced Maintenance Officer to support a well-established residential aged care facility in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining safe, functional surroundings for residents, staff and visitors.
You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, coordinate external trades, and keep accurate maintenance records in the facility's system. Experience in building, facilities or property maintenance and solid organisational skills are essential.
