Growth, Brand & Marketing Graduate Program (Feb 2027)
It's our role as Brand & Marketing to define how the world sees, feels, and experiences Westpac. Succeeding the Group's strategic pillars, we craft marketing campaigns that demand attention, are easy to understand and advocate for positive change, connecting our promise across the organisation.
This 12-month program, consisting of two distinct streams: Data & Analytics and Commercial performance & strategy. As a graduate in one of these streams, you will have the prospect to fully engage in the specific areas of Brand & Marketing that align with your expertise.
What the Brand & Marketing Graduate Program will offer you?
- This immersive experience will enable you to develop a deep understanding and mastery of your chosen field.
- Develop market research and data interpretation skills for impactful brand experiences.
- Connect strategy with commercial growth to contribute to Westpac's success.
- Receive tailored development and hands-on experience in Analytics or Design streams,
aiming for a permanent role in Brand & Marketing.
What you'll need to succeed
Our Graduate program welcomes a diverse array of talents in marketing, particularly those skilled in applying analysis, data science, or data engineering within marketing contexts.
- If you have an expertise or a strong interest in digital visual design, graphic design, or creating visually engaging content for digital platforms, or
- If you excel at uncovering insights from complex data or are passionate about crafting impactful digital experiences for customers ... Then this program is for you!
You will also need:
- To be in in your final year of study of a university degree, or
- You can have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, but it must be no more than three years ago.
- You also need to be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident when you apply.
