Due to continued growth, Advantage Psychology Group is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist to join our St Marys practice in a senior clinical leadership role.

Working as part of a friendly and established onsite team of approximately seven, you will combine client work with clinical leadership—providing supervision, guidance and professional development support to psychologists, registrars and provisional psychologists.

This is an opportunity to make the role your own. You can work three to five days per week and shape a caseload aligned with your experience and professional interests. Our diverse referral base includes children, adolescents, adults and families, giving you the flexibility to remain a generalist or develop a more specialised area of practice.

With realistic caseload expectations, full time administrative support and a competitive remuneration package, this role is designed for an experienced psychologist who wants to deliver excellent clinical care while helping a capable and supportive team continue to grow.

What you’ll be doing

- Provide psychological assessment and evidence-based treatment to clients within your preferred age groups and areas of interest.
- Supervise and support psychologists, clinical registrars and provisional psychologists.
- Provide approachable, ad hoc clinical guidance to team members when needed.
- Coordinate or deliver internal training, group CPD and peer case-review sessions.
- Review selected clinical quality measures and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.




- Contribute to clinical governance, service quality and site safety.
- Help foster a supportive, accountable and professionally rewarding team culture.
- Participate in practice development, community engagement, professional events and selected marketing activities.

- A competitive salary of $155,000–$165,000 + super + bonus, based on full-time equivalence.

About you





You will be an experienced and approachable psychologist who enjoys high-quality clinical work and supporting the development of others.

You will bring:

- General registration as a psychologist with AHPRA, with clinical endorsement
- Significant experience delivering evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment.
- Sound capability across evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT and other relevant therapeutic modalities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues.
- Mature clinical judgement and the confidence to provide practical guidance to other clinicians.
- A commitment to ethical practice, clinical quality and ongoing professional development.
- Board-approved supervisor status, or a willingness and eligibility to obtain it.
