The Opportunity
In this role, you will generate, nurture and convert enquiries across selected Aura retirement villages, including new sales and resales. You will guide prospective residents and their families through the journey with warmth, confidence and professionalism.
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will work closely with villages, marketing and development teams through consultations, lead follow-up, local networking, open days and sales events. Some after-hours events may be required.

- Willingness to learn retirement village legislation and industry requirements
Retirement village experience is helpful, but not essential. The right attitude, sales discipline and care for people matter most.
