National Educator & Sales Representative ~ Luxury Skincare (Sydney based)

One of Australia's leading international luxury skincare distributors has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Sales Representative / Educator to manage and grow an established territory representing a premium professional skincare brand.

Whether you're an experienced Beauty Therapist looking to transition into sales, or an established Sales Representative within the beauty industry, this varied role provides the opportunity to combine account management, business development and education while working with respected, high-end skincare brands.

Covering Sydney Metro, Hunter Valley and periodic Qld, ACT & WA travel, every day will be different!

The Opportunity

- You'll be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional product and treatment education to qualified salon and spa partners including;
- Account Management & Business Development
- Developing and growing existing salon and spa accounts
- Identifying and securing new business partnerships across NSW & Qld
- Conducting regular sales visits, product demonstrations and business reviews
- Processing product orders and identify upselling opportunities
- Supporting salons with promotional activities, in-salon events and treatment launches
- Providing business support including retail strategies, treatment menus, marketing initiatives and sales training
- Assisting partners with stock forecasting and promotional planning
- Updating Clients about new product launches, treatment protocols, pricing updates and brand developments




- Contributing ideas and strategies to further grow both brands within the Australian market

Education & Training

- Delivering engaging product and treatment education through face-to-face training, webinars and events
- Educating existing and prospective business partners on products, treatments and related equipment
- Providing technical product support to salons via phone, email and online platforms
- Assisting in developing and delivering new education programs
- Supporting marketing campaigns, education & promotional events and trade shows
- Maintaining accurate training records and education documentation

Ideally you will have;

- Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (essential)
- Experience as a Beauty Therapist, Beauty Sales Representative or similar industry role
- Strong knowledge of professional skincare products and treatments
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- A genuine passion for education and helping salon partners grow their business
- Highly organised with the ability to work autonomously
- Strong customer service focus and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Sound Microsoft Office skills
- Willingness to travel across both NSW & Qld territories, including periodic travel
