An exciting opportunity is now available for a motivated and customer-focused New Car Sales Consultant to join our brand-new Geely team at Alto Castle Hill. Our newly established site is rapidly growing delivering in excess of 250 cars per month.
As part of the Alto Group, one of Australia's most respected and long-standing automotive retailers, you'll be working within a high-performing multi-franchise dealership environment alongside some of the industry's leading brands.

About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while guiding customers through the new car purchasing journey from enquiry to delivery.
You will:
- Engage with showroom and online customers to understand their needs
- Present and demonstrate Geely vehicles with confidence and enthusiasm
- Manage leads and follow up opportunities effectively
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a premium handover experience
- Work collaboratively with the wider Alto Castle Hill team
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone who is professional, proactive, and driven to succeed.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous automotive sales experience (highly regarded, but not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- A positive attitude and team‑first mindset
- The ability to work weekends as part of a rotating roster
- A current and valid driver's licence
