Origin is seeking an Energy Credit Specialist based in Adelaide to manage credit and collections end-to-end – from hardship and disputes through to complex accounts – using sound, fair judgement to reach the right outcome for customers and for Origin.
You'll act as a subject matter expert for our Energy Specialist teams and help shape improvements in support for customers experiencing financial difficulty, while ensuring compliance and proper governance.
