About the Opportunity

In this role, you will lead with heart and energy, ensuring a supportive and enriching environment for both staff and residents. You will mix operational coordination with genuine relationship building, ensuring our houses are not just places to live, but vibrant communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a dedicated team of Community Support Workers, fostering a positive and professional culture.

- Relationship Management: Build strong, trusted connections with clients, their families, and their broader circles of support.

- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, including effective rostering, scheduling, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

- Quality & Safety: Promote safeguarding and ensure all quality, compliance, and safety standards are strictly met.

- Strategic Support: Work alongside the Operations Manager to enhance team performance and improve client outcomes.

- Client Transitions:



Facilitate the welcoming of new clients, ensuring their transition into shared living is seamless and supportive.
