Eastern Heart Clinic is looking for an enthusiastic EEN/EN to join our team, working across patient admissions and recovery.
This is a great opportunity for an EN looking to develop their skills in cardiology, procedural nursing and patient recovery.
About the role
- Pre- and post-procedure patient care
- Patient assessment, observations and ECGs
- Recovery of patients following sedation and procedures
- Vascular access site management
- Recognising and escalating changes in patient condition
- Patient education and support
- Working closely with RNs, cardiologists and the multidisciplinary team
About you
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Experience in acute care, theatre, recovery, cardiac nursing or a similar environment is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Confident working in a busy environmentA genuine commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Cath Lab experience is desirable but not essential. We are happy to support the right person to develop their cardiac skills.
