Community Restorative Centre in Canterbury, NSW is seeking a Transition Worker for the Inner-City Women’s Transitional Service. This full time role (38 hours per week) focuses on holistic case management for women affected by homelessness and the criminal justice system, with outreach and throughcare components to address complex needs.

You will work under a program manager, providing pre- and post-release support, practical and psychosocial assistance, and community connections.
