We are seeking a qualified and experienced Steel Welder / Metal Processor to join our growing team
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld structural steel components.
- Basic understanding of shop drawings.
- Perform MIG welding and general steel fabrication.
- Cut, drill, grind, and prepare steel materials.
- Operate workshop equipment safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and customers when required.
- Maintain a clean, protected, and organised work environment.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year' experience in structural steel fabrication and welding.
- Basic understanding of shop drawings.
- Strong MIG welding skills (additional welding experience is an advantage).
- Experience using fabrication equipment and power tools.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Full Australian working rights.
